Need better Gaming Computer

My current PC is able to run only 3 games atm since my hard drive isnt perfect. So im searching for a computer that is able to run Starcraft 2, ARMA 2ay Z, Command and Conquer, CSS and Minecraft. Some games that I put to the highest setting are usually for laggy on my end, so im just wondering what kind of hardware is needed to run all these games plus some additional program to do some Youtubing, Any Suggestions?

Well Arma 2 is really the only intensive game you listed that would require a great cpu and gpu to run at high settings. There are a range of components you could get. Best to give us your current system specs and how much you are willing to spend to upgrade. Also, can you build yourself or does it need to be assembled already? What OS you got and do you need to upgrade?

No. Its optimized. You are running on a free roam map (Like grand theft auto) With graphics that are much more detailed, You have vehicles to be spawned and other players spawned, little details and effects such as dust and mines and random other things to take into account.


Its just an overall demanding game because of the way it was made. Also, being the fact its a couple years old, makes it even better as they have fixed alot of in game glitches, bugs, and artifacting.

Couldn't agree more then with the above quote, when looking to build a new rig it's best to know what the old one was & if your on a budget (& few aren't) if there's anything that can be reused, such as case, OS, ect.
Also it's nice to know how comfortable you are with building the rig.

If anything, sounds like you may have to start with a hard drive upgrade if you're only able to play 3 games. Also a video card upgrade will def help. Overall, im thinking if anything itll be just a simple video card upgrade that might be needed, but its always good to get all the beefy info, this way we dont overlook anything. Also please give us a price range of how much you're looking to spend in order to beef up your gaming skills.
