How does this happen?

So I played a game yesterday that was very frustrating. I went 40-12-14 with Clinkz and we lost! Here's the game info... I just thought it was crazy that we lost this game with how fed I was...

And before you bash the item choices I made, understand that the game basically came down to Myself (clinkz) versus their Tinker and Sand King. So if I died we lost... so I needed more survivability

Bad luck, but it seemed that your team couldn't pull it off "together."

Without teamwork the team will fail in the end.

Totally! I couldn't believe with our aoe focused team that we couldn't win team fights
