Upgrading Computer

Hey guys I'm looking to upgrade my computers Graphics card and Power supply. Now I am not the best techy, I will have a buddy of mine hook it up. Just wondering first if My motherboard can support this graphics card.

I have and Intel core i3 processor, 4g RAM, 1T Hard Drive.
I also need to get a new Power Supply so how many Whats would be good to get. I was thinking around 650 - 700 W.

Well from reading online plus personal experience with computers. I would say you are safe to do this. They should be compatible with eachother because EVGA is compatible with mostly everything xD! Plus they have nice video cards. Answer your power supply question! If you want a kickass computer just with more than enough do what I did. I read on HP's website and found this but wasn't to helpful but I looked around..

• Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.
• Integrated graphics using Intel H57 chipset (when compatible CPU is installed)
• Intel HD Graphics

I got this power supply for my system and it so far has been running great, with the specs you listed it should be more than enough to power it, and that card will run on your motherboard, it isn't a 3.0 slot but it is backwards compatible thankfully! Here is my power supply.

Not only is this guy cheaper, but includes free s&h & has far more ratings & feedback than that Antec. I mean last thing you wanna do is spend more $$ on a power supply. Im sure the s&h isnt that big of a deal, but I just found out that the psu that I just posted will give you 2 more years warranty at no additional cost! Just something to look into.

Go with pillar. That's a great PSU. I personally do not like Antec's PSU's (had one fry a PC, swore I never use them again). But to each their own (That model is one of the best available, however!)
