Connection problems on (Jail, office & Highschool.)

Hey guys whanted to post about a current problem i am having.
Everytime i try to join Office, jail or highschool servers my ping goes sky high and i keep getting "warning connection problems"
It has come to my attention that i am not the only one with this issue, would like to hear from you guys on ideas about what may be causing this problem and it may be one of the reason's why we currently dont have even more people joining this servers. thank you all so much for your time and comments in advance.

Hmmmm I'm Irish and I don't have these problems. I do get high ping once and a while but I think thats my end not eGOs :L

Thanks Judge i will try that once i get home, Although I thought since i play from the usa and on any other eGo servers without this issue i wouldnt think the problem would be on my part. but ill check it out anyways.

Just wanted to post here in case someone else is having the same prob i was.
i followed the steps on:

And i also made sure i had the correct rates.
Rate 30000
cl_cmdrate 66
cl_updaterate 66

and it did solve my problem. thank you judge for the hint.
