Some Easy Ways to Get Noticed!

Lately there has been more and more threads from =(e)='s trying to figure out how they can noticed by leadership. I figured I'd post the following links I looked up as a thread, rather than just adding them as a response to individual threads. Please keep in mind that there is no set time frame in which promotions/awards are given out. Promotions and awards are based on merit. Many of us were =(e)='s for a year or longer before we were "noticed". I'm sure that many of you have seen that there has been more and more promotions lately. That isn't a fluke, it's a sentiment to our great leadership team keeping and eye on all of our members. Our leadership team is more active than ever and invests many hours of their time to help our division grow both as a whole and on an individual basis.

Please keep in mind, just like you shouldn't go into servers as an admin with the objective to "police the server," in the same respect you should not take part in our community with the sole purpose of "moving up in rank." Great things come to those who do the right thing. Yes, being an admin is a great thing, but it shouldn't be your only goal. It is just one small part that falls under the umbrella of eGO's mission to keep our servers "punk free." Always keep in mind that you do not have to be an admin to contribute to our community.

In short, always try to do your part for our division - to the best of your abilities. No one is just a number in this vast community, we are fortunate enough to be in a very tight-knit division where people have the opportunity of getting noticed on a daily basis. Keep up the good work!

People do have to realise you won't get admin in a week.(Atleast you shouldn't) People say they have been active yet they have only played for a week. Had to put that out there
