eGO is giving away TWO [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002J9GDXI"]Logitech G500 Programmable Gaming Mouse[/ame] in January. All you need to do to enter is reply to this thread with the reason why you would like one of these great mice.

Council will choose the top 10 entries which will go into a front page poll for the entire community to vote on. So think carefully before you post. You've got a tough audience to convince.

eGO will do it's best to get the product to the winners, but in the event that no shipping options are available, another winner will be chosen. Also, if you are under 18 and your parents don't approve of you winning an item, another winner will be chosen.

Replies to this thread will only be taken until Sunday, January 20th at 6:00pm PST. After that, a poll will go up on the front page and run until Sunday, January 27th at 6:00pm PST, when the winners will be announced. In the event of a tie, a run off vote/poll will run for one day.

The only people ineligible from this contest are Council / Community Managers.

I would like one of these mice because I am totally frustrated and ready to throw my current one out the window, while in-game my crosshair randomly decides to look at the sky on a regular basis usually resulting in my death, not to mention the fact I have to press right click about 5 times to try and get it to work!

To conclude, please give me one of these to save and enable me to maintain what little sanity I have left!

I'd like one of these mice because the current one that I own was a cheap $15 Wal-Mart mouse, because I was to broke to purchase anything else. The scroll is pretty much busted, making it extremely difficult to switch guns accurately, in turn getting me killed.

Hello, my name is Cryptex and I am apart of Terrible Mouses Anonymous (TMA).

In these past months, my trusty Logitech MX518 - the greatest mouse ever - has fallen ill. After many attempts to revive, it has become unresponsive; a vegetable. As it no longer serves any real purpose (it's too light even for a paper weight) I have retired it to the Halls of the Broken Mice. It roams the land looking for an owner, but it cannot find one.

Since any gamer without a mouse is no gamer at all, and I cannot afford a suitable replacement, I have borrowed a mouse from my father. It has only 3 buttons, and a DPI of 2. Here it is, in all of its unworthiness:

Why would i like a new mouse? Hmm.
This is a good question, but a better one would be: why should i get a new mouse?. Yes, I should get a new mouse. For one big reason: Karma. Good intentions will breed only good intentions. And great gifts will lead to greater rewards and events in the world. In other words, a beautiful butterfly effect.

Thus my want,nay my need for a new mouse will be reflected back into the world as a great and positive deed.

I Need This mouse because the one I am using will often spazz about and just die on me, I was short on cash and didnt feel like saving up money, Who ever does?, when buying it And my mouse is touchy and will not remember settings from computer to computer. Anyone who votes for me gets cookies!!

So I hope this doesn't sound like a desperate story, but it is simply the truth. I am a dad of three young children (8, 4, 2.) My wife cannot work because daycare costs too much and I don't make a lot of money. It takes my check and monthly SSI to pay the bills. The only extra bill we have is internet. We cannot even afford any type of TV. We have to use my parents account just to use netflix. My birthday is coming up Feb 3rd. This would be an amazing birthday present. I am very unselfish person. All my money goes to the family. I rarely get anything fancy for myself. This would just be perfect. It also beats the Walmart mouse I have.

Once again, I am not trying to sound desperate. This is just my reason for wanting the mouse. My 2 years with EGO comes up Feb 17. So it could be a double present. Haha!

I would like this mouse because the mouse I have is awesomely retarded and likes to make trolling sounds at me.. I even tried to murder it but it didn't work.. I suck at gaming and this mouse will not make me better I'm sure so it will be okay if I get it because it will not give me an advantage to killing any Council, Division Leaders, Advisers and all above those. I would love to have this mouse so I can use my other mouse as a pet since my mom won't let me have a pet.. and it be the best mouse pet ever. Hopefully my mom wont get to mad about me getting a pet because I won a computer mouse.. She doesn't get the difference... I'm forever alone.. So I would please like this mouse... I am part of a very small group of eGO members who represent eGO and its skill base in top tournaments in BF3. Taking the values of eGO and applying them to competitive pro-gaming sets us apart in the community. We continue to do well and represent Edgegamers throughout the BF3 community. Sadly though my Alienware TactX mouse has been glitching lately when it stops firing all of a sudden leading to my untimely demise and many times a loss to my team. As most Matches are 5 v 5's, the loss of one player due to "technical difficulties" causes a lot of issues to the team. Therefore me getting a new mouse is to the benefit of the BF division and Battlefield in general !!!!!

Why would i like one of these mice? Well, simple. I'm using a 3 button mouse, if you count the mousewheel. Sometimes the laser just completely turns off, and i'm helpless to use it for a few seconds. The cord for the mouse is so short, i can barely move it 5 inches without it getting caught on something. It has such a low sensitivity that it's hard to make precise movements without zooming in a lot.

As a member of the PSC it is part of my job to enjoy playing all games that eGO supports. This causes a lot of wear and tear on a mouse that I have owned since 2004. Don't get me wrong I love my mouse and the fact that it has lasted this long. I have many fond memories with this mouse; however I believe it is time to move on and I could use everyone's help to make that dream a reality.

I would like this mouse because my current mouse is really small and frail. The left click gets stuck and right click wont click in. i'd get a new one, but good gaming mice cost 100 dollars or more.
