So I want to start playing BF3............but eGO doesn't have any regular servers anymore. Any recommendations on where to play?

Bc 2 is never too hot..........just time to start dabbling with something different. From what I've seen, I'm not sure how long I'll stick with BF3.

I don't have the dlc's yet.....might get them later. As it stands right now, I don't even know how to load into a game.

Hehehe well have fun with Battlelog, then! It's actually pretty cool, you can tell it all the parameters you desire for a server and be pretty specific. But then also it's kinda lame because whenever you change servers, you close and reopen the whole game. Maybe something stays in the background, but it sure feels like closing and reopening the game.

Game itself isn't bad... I just like BC2 more :)

I opened it for the first time today.......was not impressed. I do not like how long it takes to load the game.

I felt the same way when I first got it. The game really is meant to be played on a pretty high end machine, that including a solid state drive. When I switched from a HDD to a SSD, my map load-times went from about 1-2 minutes to about 20-30 seconds.

i use a HDD and my times range from 10sec to forever.....ask killer, when he invited me to a scrim everyone on the team kept asking am i dead?

eh loadtimes vary greatly...

had a 7200rpm hdd and 16g ram on my old rig, would take a min

now takes about 12-15 seconds, but thats cause of the tripled ram and the ssd. textures are huge
