She looks very similar to my brother's dog. He's a mix between an Amstaff and a Lab( more or less). Especially the black skin color and the white patch on the chest and paws.

I'm glad you all like her. More pics soon. At the moment I'm dealing with the shock of waking up every day between 6AM and 8:30 AM to take care of her.
Of course I knew this would happen it's just rough. I'm not a morning person lol.
Thankfully the training process seems to be going very well. She's learning stuff much faster than I thought. Smart pup.

Our first 3 days and nights with Skippy were a nightmare. But really it was just him getting used to his new environment and us getting used to having to take care of another living being in our apartment.
Things evened out pretty quickly after that though, once he got into a routine and started learning his basic commands.
We read this book before getting him and I definitely recommend it.
My other suggestion is take as many pictures and videos of the little girl as you can whilst she's still a pup. Time will fly and she'll be done with puppyhood before you know it.
