i need help regarding my CSS ban

[Jeffrey_Dahmer]

my steam account is: src_just4today
my screen name is: {HSK} Milwaukee Monster.

I am a long time avid player of your 24/7 cs_italy server in CSS.

one night i had a little too much fun before i sat down to rack up some points, and long story short i got kicked out for a graphic spray.

I have tried to contest this ban numerous times, but each time i type in my id, i get the same "not a valid id" notification.

so.....

what do i do now?
thanks!
