I don't thinks there is a Half Life 3 coming up
Unless I'm misremembering, there's been rumor of this since before I took my hiatus 3 years ago. There have been rumors of such things for a long time, but nothing that ever surfaced. One can hope they respectfully expand on DoD:S, but there's only so much they can do.

cs:go is not bad at all. Sure its just a re-skin of css, but that was what most people wanted. Just look at BF3 the game is horrible, and a lot of the community did not like it. All they wanted was a re-skin of BF2. Plus cs:go is for consoles mostly and for the most part its doing really well.

CS:GO is bad in everyday I could think so. The graphics look too 'cartoony,' the animations of movement are not appealing at all, guns are ugly, and where is my m4 scilencer?!
I beg to differ. I have it on the PS3 aswell, and I always find myself playing with bots. The ps3 community doesn't like this game at all.

Not really. Half they promised is not there. The alpha was way better in means of destruction. BF series never had a single player, if you call BF3's story a singleplayer. Oh and don't forget about the poor attitudes of the Dev's not only on the forums, but also during the team speak meeting. BF3 had potential, sadly its just going down the "CoD line of work". Milk everything you can out of a game and move on. BC2 was way better and was much more fun.
Compared to team fortress 2 those graphics look nothing in the sense of cartoon wise. As for the animation its not bad at all, plus the m4 does not need silencers. It never did anything really in the means of concealing your position because the maps are too small. I'm
sure guns are not suppose to look nice either since they do the dirty business for us, but that's another story. Besides the guns are still the same looking if not changed a bit.
I don't have a PS3, in my eyes its a waste of money. Its just a low end PC imo and i have a xbox 360 which i hardly touch, but the cs:go servers were full and its the top rated game for the arcade.

ah how i loved bf 1942. They really need to make an HD version. !943 is good, but it lacks some.

Factually and otherwise false. If the only difference that you notice between the two games is the models and textures, then you are not looking very hard.

the majority of it is. Sure some of the original maps from css were changed around. The sounds are different. Other countrys are involved. You can't choose your skin. There are new weapons. The hitboxes work better. There are also new game modes and game types. The list goes on, but for the most part its a re-skin, or so im told a lot by css members.
It's the PS3 community, what did you expect?
Anyways, I wouldn't expect a CS: GO-like update to DoD: S until after Half-Life 2: Episode 2: Part 2: 2nd Paragraph, 2nd sentence: 2nd Letter is released.
