I would just re install skyrim, seems like some textures got messed up in the download, if you downloaded a mod and it happened, that mods probably broken.
Thats all i got, hope it helps.

Not sure if it is a texture problem since even the loaded textures are flickering. My best guess would be a v-sync, SLI, or Crossfire problem, either caused because of it or by a lack of. Try toggling v-sync on or off, and changing maximum pre-rendered frames to 1 if you have an Nvidia card.

It would be helpful if you could list what mod(s) you have installed, or specifically which ones caused the issue.

I already like the reaction to the gameplay on Youtube. :D And please do what Blue said. There are some combinations of mods that just don't work so well together.

If it isn't V-Sync, its the mod. The mod could be out of date/incompatible. Either update the mod (if it has one available) or tinker with V-sync :/

I have no mods loaded, so its vanilla right now. I re installed it and it still has the problem. I just found out the crossfire was re enabled for some unknown reason. I ll see if that fixs that.
