Well, truth be told, whether you know him or not, if he's breaking our rules and ignoring admins he should be kicked regardless.

Well he was pretty angry and logged off immediately. So I thought he wouldn't go quietly.

Actually he doesnt use the forums too much, so it probably wouldnt of worked better. This way i dont have to explain myself if he goes asking in vent when i am not around (because i play at odd hours). But everyones entitled to their 2 cents. No harm, no foul.
