Pretty sure Americans weren't the only accusers. And, no offense, but all of you guys are incredibly snappy lol. So it's understandable that people who don't know what to look for, or know how to work replays, can mistake your playstyle for hacking. You all pull off amazing shots. Pure talent.

Two explanations. Reload speed can be attributed to most likely speeding up the video to get to the shots. Generally they reload with no one round, so it's hard to see the speed up of the replay unless it's drastic.

As for the scoping: lag. Pure and simple, it's just the lag between the server-client and recording that loss. Makes it look like they have a fast scope script that removes the animation and goes straight to the sight picture. It's noticeable at speed, there's that stutter when they start to scope and then it kind of pauses, and then you get the scoped sight. That's the "data loss." Just lag.
