Possibly Rate Problems

Hey guys, i think i might be having some rate issues, i can sit in the servers fine, but once i start getting in firefights, peopel come out of nowhere mics start spazzing and i shoot at people that i dont see, but its not lag, it just skips aloootttt, but my bullets go where i say, they dont delay it just skips and sticks alot in battle

Watch your FPS, in, out, and choke durring battles and post back.
