This contest is about recruiting. The person with the most recruits by 11:59 Eastern on Thursday, February 28 will have their choice of any item from the prize pool. The person with the second most recruits will get second pick, and so on down the list until all ten prizes are awarded.

The Rules
- Links to approved applications must be sent to Storm so he can tally your recruits in this thread.
- Only applications that have been approved and verified by the PSC will count towards this contest.
- Recruits will only be counted between now and 2/28/2013 11:59pm Eastern.
- Must have a MINIMUM of 25 recruits by the end of the contest in order to receive 1st, 2nd and 3rd pick.
- Must have a MINIMUM of 20 recruits by the end of the contest in order to receive 4th, 5th and 6th pick.
- Must have a MINIMUM of 10 recruits by the end of the contest in order to receive 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th pick.
