GPU Bottlenecking

So, I have two GTX 660 TI's in SLI and they are both overclocked, but apparently they are bottlenecking... 30 to 45 percent GPU usage on both in game, CPU is only 60 percent usage, but i get 25 to 40 fps in game, when i sit their it sits at 60 fps..... in battlefield 3. in every other game i play above 60 fps fine, BF3 its 25 to 40 fps. Bottlenecking my setup ? :(
 
Which cpu do you use? Its possible but Im not sure on this since Ive got very little idea how bottlenecking works. But Just to point out, Ive got just one GTX 660 Ti and i dont know what other games you play but say CS: Source, I max 300 and average 225ish. On BF3 I saw about 190 max and about 120 average. But I have a 3570k I5.
 
I have the 3570k also, its overclocked to 4.5 GHz and the GPU is at 1300 MHz core clock both of the GPU's are. I dont get how i get WAY lower FPS than others in game that have the same setup i do or near the same...... Did i install or do something wrong with drivers or game installing ? :(
 
Since you're running the same CPU I'm going to leave it to someone who has more knowledge in this area to guide you correctly. I don't think it would have anything to do with the installation, but possibly drivers but I'm running 310.90 which is Up-to-date. If you are running the same there too, maybe a driver reinstall. But like I said, let someone else who knows more chime in.
 
310.90 gave me issues in a lot of games. im running 306.97, 310.xx doesnt work well with SLI setups...
 
Could be your motherboard causing the bottleneck. All motherboards have different BIOS settings. Try tweaking some things in the bios if you can find anything on that for your motherboard.
 
Told ya. ;P Generally it could just be a motherboard holding back your FPS and bottlenecking your entire system. At least you got it fixed! Have fun running 200 FPS on every game. :P
 
What's FSB stand for? And my NVIDIA drivers tend to crash on me quite a bit in every game I play. 313.96 is my current version I'm using. 306.97 worked DECENT but still crashed here and then.
