I have a radeon 7870, and this morning I've noticed that my fps rate has gone down significantly. While playing League of Legends, I normally get a steady 60fps on very high, while now I have to run the game on medium settings to receive the steady 60. I've also noticed the fps drop in other games, such as Minecraft. Also, my drivers are up to date. Could anyone help me? I have no idea what to do :S

Have yo made any changes to the system (drivers recently?), when you install Video card drivers are you doing a clean install or just installing over the old?

Have you cleaned the inside of you case & fans with air to be sure there's no dust bunnies interfering with performance?

Do you have any monitoring software?

What power supply & motherboard are you using ?

I have a program that detects whether my drivers need updating or not. I'll try cleaning the inside today. Yes, I use CPUID CPU-Z. I'm running a 700watt power supply and I believe I have a asus m5a97 as a motherboard.

I'll try re-installing all my graphics card drivers. My GPU temp. is 31C. I'm not sure on how I check my PSU output.
