Strand map download

I'm looking for the Strand map download that was on eGO's forums a very long time ago, I want to put it where ever map downloads go so I don't have to re-download the map every time I connect to strand. Any help locating it would be great, thanks.

OK this below installation guide isn't very helpfull, help!
It says, Installation Instructions Extract .rar file to your "day of defeat source" directory

You do exactly what it says, extract the contents of the rar archive into your day of defeat source directory.
