Win7 Unable to open programs.

Sometimes when i startup my windows 7 i am unable to open any programs whatsoever.

As in i cant click start, i cant open task manager, steam, google chrome, anything.

Then i turn off my pc, turn it back on, half the time i get a BSOD. The other half it just repeats. It does this until i use microsoft recovery to make it go back in time.

So, every time i can get my computer to start up fine i create a checkpoint.

Any one have help with this?

The very first instance was after i updated my windows 7.

There should be bug checks for the BSOD's.

Click start, type event viewer, click on it and wait for the list to populate.

Click the panel level, which will sort out the bug checks.

If you see anything with critical flag, post it in here.
