lol sure they do... especially when you ping off 10 other servers to lower your ping to gaming servers.... i have a ping rate at about 12.....
 

wish i was still in singapor to test out my internet speed....... it's unbelievably fast out there
 
i was doing test at about 7000+ miles away and i was averaging about 2.5k dl and 500 up so its faster to dl across the world for me then to prince rupert about 70 miles away lol

i had brighthouse and to be honest i found out i was sharing it with like mega people so during the day it was slow but at night its fast.

i havve vverizzon and havve been happy with it for a long time.
