So I'm this club at school, Robotics Club, and we compete in competitions.
The current competition is the FIRST Robotics Competition (FIRST <-- Caps because that's how the organization spells it).
The theme this year is a sort of Ultimate Competition.
The robots pick up and shoot frisbees.
Anyway, We finished our Robot and I wanted to show everyone.
Team 2583 Finished Robot - Red and Blue
Being the lead (and only) programmer on the team, I decided to add vision processing to the robot. That is, it automatically searches for and aims at targets, then shoots the frisbees itself. Currently it only uses a network camera, But we are going to replace that with an on-board laptop and a kinect.
Is anyone else competing in FRC?
