1) Stop arguing over refurbs. Either make a suggestion about the parts or I'm going to tell leadership you guys can't play nicely. You guys can argue about it in that refurb thread.
2) The Russia location is a bit of an issue, one that I never encountered before
3) I thought you lived in Pennsylvania, how are you so many hundreds of miles away? Unless you lied on your application! or steam profile!!!

Except no game utilizes more than 4 cores, which only few uses 4 cores, most only uses 2 cores. 8 core processor is pointless for gaming.

I am looking for a average gaming rig, that I can put together, no need to go get the best video card or something like that.

I need it to come with Windows 7 or 8 (Your choice, I don't care).

I don't need a monitor, just the tower.

you can try these motherboard. no videocard needed. i was using this model for my low to mid games but mostly for work. just put 16gb ram on it and you are set!
