I remember playing the demo to Command & Conquer and I was hooked. When I went to buy it though, all I could find was C&C: Red Alert. Was still hooked though.
I bought the Command & Conquer: The First Decade collection a few years ago. Love it.
Last year I bough Dungeon Keeper 2 from GOG. I never played it but it was one of those games that I always wanted to try. I enjoyed it a lot. I can't believe 2 was the last one. It was such a good idea there should have been more. The newer "spiritual" successor to it just doesn't do it for me.
I was more of an Age of Empires II guy.
For other old games, how about Ultima III or Arcanum? Great old games. System Shock II? Can't wait for it to pop up on GOG.

I never tried Ultima III or Arcanum I think iv'e heard Arcanum. and System shock 2 is on GoG. as for DK. They're trying to make a third one. Matter a fact.. i believe that a computer junkie and his buddies are making it from scratch. Straight outta college... intresting stuff.. Read about it online!. as for AoE2 I LOVED IT I think it's my fav. then the first one and the 3rd one is okay.... ha. WAIT. Baulders gate??
