Yesterday my cat, Thunder! (with the exclamation mark) went in for a biopsy. He's got an unknown skin condition that results in hair loss. After a few months of trying everything with no results, it was time for minor surgery. After initial exposure to the concept I had a bit of an ethical dilemma (still ongoing) about the immediate impact on the quality of life for him and the long term effect of whatever was going on, trying to be the best friend I can for my lill pal. My girlfriend accidentally named him Mr. Tittlefarts at first (a name I wanted to keep) but we agreed to Thunder!. Usually he's resting in my lap when I'm playing. He's one of the friendliest cats I've ever seen.
Anyho, the attached pic says it all.
