How I got shot in the neck, lived, and then played video games.

So, this is the how everything went down..... it was about 2:30 am Eastern and I was thirsty so I took a trip up to the gas station up the street from where I live. I got my drinks and headed back out to my van when all a sudden about 15 cars all with 32 inch rims and what not came rolling in one guy that parked right in front of me got out his car and started yelling at some dude in a car at that point I heard multiple gunshots so I jump to the floor of my van. Once I didn't hear anymore gun shots I lifted my head and looked to my left........THATS WHEN IT HIT ME.... all at once I felt like I just got rocked by a semi truck and had ringing in my ears and everything was going black...... adrenaline kicked in and bam I was thinking OMGOMGOMGOMG did I just get hit. Sure enough I put my left hand to my neck only to feel blood pouring out of my right side. First thing I did was move my feet tightened my fist to make sure I wasn't paralyzed then my second thought hit me..... IM BLEEDING!!!!! I told myself keep calm try and keep my heart rate low BUT all the while in back my head I was thinking "I'm going to die in my van and no one will know till they see why there is a car parked and not moving in front of the store. Once I cleared my head and realized I wasn't bleeding badly I got up and looked and there wasn't a single car anymore at the gas station..... I proceeded to get out my van and went inside the gas station and told the guy at the counter to call 911 and that I've been shot. For a guy that was looking really worried he sure kept it together for me. From there I went to hospital after the ambulance was called and they took x-rays and what not the bullet was just a few cm from my spine. The bullet is still in my neck. I was very lucky to have survived.
I'm going to live but am in a lot of pain the bullet is still in my neck right next to my spin. ill add more pics of the bullet hole in vehicle and x-rays when I receive them
