Do the local LEO's have any say about this? They are still looking for them and yet, there is the bullet sitting inside your neck. Gee I don't know could they maybe pull a partial print off of the bullet and identify him?

Most likely not, only on the bullet casing would they find a print.

But it being a petrol court, CCTV galore there

Yeah your neck is gonna be really stiff just from tissue damage, and with it being in such a sensitive area its only a natural reaction. Your pretty lucky. Looks like a smaller caliber did they tell you what it was. Probably smaller than a 38? Anywho that sucks man lol. Now you really do drive a sketchy van lol.
