Leaving EGO

I would like to resign from edge gamers. I've had great fun in the clan, but lately I've been spending most of my online time playing Planetside 2 with a different clan-I didn't know we had a PS2 subdivision here, oops! That being the case, I don't want to be part of two clans playing the same game.

When I play TF2 in the future it'll definitely still be mostly on EGO's servers, and I look forward to seeing you all ingame.

There's no reason to quit eGO if you're going to be playing TF2 on eGO servers. Just sayin'.

Yeah. You're still free to come around and play on our servers and with any members even if you're playing a game with another clan. You're not married to eGO. And even if you did consider yourself married to eGO, I don't remember seeing anything against polygamy on the ToS.

Thanks for all of the well wishes guys-it is a great reminder about why I joined eGO in the first place. The clan I'm in is a bit stricter than eGO about maintaining dual membership in games that they support. So to be true to them and their COC, unfortunately I still need to resign here.

Bummer. eGO only requires that you wear our tags on our servers; that if you multi-tag, ours is first; and you always abide by our rules when wearing our tags, even if wear our tags on other servers. I know several people who are in both eGO and MiT and just swap tags to whatever server they are on. Heck, I'm a tag-swapper meself. I game on eGO servers as Idol, but I advise/spawn camp on eGO servers as SnowCanary. So it's not like we are making you leave; bummer your new clan is though.
