Any good Heavy turrets?

I was listening to a conversation during Dust Bowl about how the Heavy doesn't really have any good turrets. Something is upgraded but the downgraded is more hurtful than helpful. It would be just better only using your default weapon.

Anyone agree?

I use tomislav often. But I don't really play heavy often.

It all depends on how you want to play the heavy class. Like the Brass Beast is more for defense since you slow down when it spins up and it have more power than any other. The Tomislav would be used for... trying to sneak up on someone I would guess since you can't hear it spin up but it has a lower firing speed than the rest (It shoots less bullets ). As for that dragon one (can't think of the name for it) I use that in case your gonna get into close combat since if anyone gets close you can do burn damage and it can help spycheck. Those are my opinions on the Heavies mini-guns.

You never want to use any miniguns with damage penalty, nor ones that consume amounts of ammo at a high rate

I run default, but Natasha is pretty good too. It is pretty situational though, for example, if you are fighting another heavy, always go minigun. Against most other things, the slow bonus means no escape for classes like demo, soldier, and scout.

I havent found any miniguns yet but ive seen others use them and read what they all do. Im fine with my default one. Its your other weapons, i think, that really makes a difference. (gloves, shotguns, sandwiches, ect..)

I only use default, unless im on Blue for PL maps, then I use HLH. The ammo use is offset by the cart.
