Thoughts on Quinn?

So the new champion Quinn was released a few days ago and she's since been seen everywhere in a lot of games. What are your thoughts on her?

Personally I think she's a great adc, though she can kill steal quite a lot... but then that goes for every champion played.

Anyways love to hear your opinions! :thumbup:
 
I think it is good for an adc especially to get the so called 'kill-steals'. As for Quinn I think she is a poor adc due to the randomness of harrier. She has good chasing abilities and can escape quickly. Her ultimate is what makes her different however. The huge boost of speed it gives in my opinion is more suitable for top lane.

I'm unsure whether to buy her yet and have only played her twice on a friends account however.
 
true, kill steals are good on an adc but they are rather annoying none the less, an i have seen her play in top lane, ive never played her though, im just going off what i see in game
 
No such thing as kill stealing in LoL. It's a team game. Rather have one person get a kill and another one an assist than just one person getting a kill.

I don't know much about the bird person. Swain is still the #1 bird themed champion of all time.
 
Sorry, I only play ninjas and Ahri, and Katarina, and Maokai, and Riven, and Lee Sin, ..... many many champions later, and Ryze but not Morgana. I still like to win games.

Anyway, I think Quinn is a decent champion, some work will be done, no doubt about that. We will see once riot thinks she is "stable".

yes its interesting what riot does to the champions. most of what they do though is more of a nuisance than anything else with the champions they nerf. and the few that do need a nerf get nerfed alot

Oh you see, Phreak has 6 darts, 3 nerf darts and 3 buff darts. Depending on his mood he takes 3 buffs/nerfs and 2 buffs/nerfs and throws them at the wall of champions that is randomized each week after the patch is released. So whatever champion gets hit by the dart will be worked on for the future patches. That is the truth behind their logic of nerfing and buffing champions. True story.

Oh, and there is a wall dedicated to Irelia that only gets the nerf darts.

lol i dunno if that's true or not but it sure is funny!
 
Quinn is a lane bully. She is essentially useless in teamfights if the enemy has half a dive comp and for this reason I can't play her. Her skill set requires you to get up in the face of the enemy. But why would I want to touch a renekton? No thanks, Ill just take Cait and sit in the back auto attacking, dealing the same damage as Quinn, while being safe.

(Do note, I haven't played her myself yet, so this is mainly speculation.)

With her you have the option of making different team comps. As you said, she is a lane bully. You can get a good advantage against the other teams ADC or the very least deny them last hits and exp. From the looks of it she's a lot more like what Jayce is than an ADC. You'd want to make her more of a bruiser than pure AD just because of her ultimate. If you do a good job at denying their carry it wont be as important for you to be a pure carry yourself. You'd get your power from better team fight presence with added survivability and more constant damage.
 
Having played her for about a week or so I find her to be fairly weak to decent as an ad carry but honestly when it comes to ad carries there are way better options besides Quin. However with a tanky ad build she makes an amazing top lane, especially once you can use her ult to just smack people in the face. And personally I find her pretty on par in team fights with most ad champions.
 
i bigpapi976 speaking for miss fortune: Miss fortune told me that quinn is weak sauce and that she will take her on any day and not hold anything back. My client miss fortune has nothing further to say.
