So my friend is looking to build a computer...

My friend is looking to build a new computer with a $600 budget. He would like a core i5 or better 8gb of ram needs a case and would like 750gb hdd or more also a video card that can support two monitors.

The closest I can get to his price range is around $620.
Any help would be appreciated.
