Best Jet load out?

I recently made a thread asking for suggestions on the best IFV loadout which helped a lot thank you guys. But now I am currently trying to get better at my jet flying skills, becvause I have none. So what loadout would work best. Please give options for air to air fighting and air to ground fighting. And I do have all the unlocks for it. Thanks.

air to air(air supieority) stealt aa missles ir flares. air to air (not supperiority) aa missles air radar ecm jammer . air to ground air radar rocketpods and ecm jammer (to get of of air radar)
