A ton of thinking and debating went into making this post. Reason I did is because this is March. The third month of the year. Month 3, flip the 3 around you get an E. Stupid I know but it works. I actually wanted to make this to commerorate every e there is and was. That meaning EVERYONE except the original founders and admins, but they deserve some of this too. Because without them the e's would never exist. Everyone started as an e and built thier way up. I think of the e's as the first line of defense, and the largest too. The e's should always know how to have fun. I think the first person I really met here was an e. And I've met people from some of the other divisions that aren't CS. I swear I still have a house in the Minecraft server and I dont have any Idea where it could be now. I started in TF2. Others start in OpX or CS or anything else. But thats the one thing they really have difference in. If you're an e then you're an e. The division doesn't matter. You might join a server and get singled out for wearing the tag, but dont be forced to remove it. Just pull through. Eventually, most e's get promoted to eG, but at heart they're all still the fun loving e's everyone knows. A good example being redeyez who Is an O but seems to constantly yell "get on my level" after he kills someone on jail. He may be an O but he's really just an e who knows how to handle a situation on a server responsibly. Theres a lot of other good examples of people who have gotten promoted for thier responsibility but still have the e spirit. A lot may never be promoted but it doesnt matter as long they can have fun. To me, rank isn't everything here. Because everyone that can have fun and get along with everyone is really just a normal e. So wear that =(e)= with pride knowing you can have just as much fun as anyone else. 
Usually random speeches are hard to write, this one wasnt. I'm also hoping this doesnt get locked out or anything since it was completely from absolutely nowhere. The idea itself I have no idea where it came from. If you actually read through it and think it's just some dumb stunt to get a promotion, it's not. I believe in every word above. This is because eGO is single handedly one of the best things I've ever found on the internet. And when I'm able to gain access to my computer again I'm going to play and have fun.
