Can someone tell me where to get a Sewer Rat Sig

i saw many people in my house who had very nice looking sewer rat sigs. i was wondering where the get the sigs . thank you!

Well their is a general format that is used and usually you have to edit it yourself unless someone can make it for you.

Talk to one of the House Leaders most likely they know where it is.
