mouse issues

Having trouble with my mouse and i was hoping you guys could help me.


Ok so i have my computer on a cooling pad placed on my lap, when i plug my mouse out because i have to go do something and then plug it back in my computer crashes. This happens on a daily basis JUST as i plug my mouse back in after returning to my computer..

The mouse is a razer abyssus that i bought it i belive it was in september last year


Does any one have any suggestions on what to do? It's really getting annoying after having the problem since about october-november

like, what exactly happens when you plug the mouse in.

Does it Blue Screen or Lock up "freeze" & you have to reboot. Are you seeing any errors?
Running Windows? If so have you checked your event viewer to see if it's reporting anything.

I assume when you are plugging you mouse back into the laptop the lid is open correct? If the lid is close does it still "crash" once you open the lid ?

My computer gives me a blue screen

the codes that usually appear is

BAD_POOL_HEADER
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXEPTION

The second post on that forum goes into a ton of details on the issue. Follow his advice and do what it says to see if you keep getting the crashing issue.
