I am hopefully back (again)! My gaming laptop that was (suppose to be) unfix-able is fixed! Which means no horrible macs, and I can use it whenever I want.

It shouldn't break again, but I haven't had a lucky streak for the past year, so we'll see how it goes, I plan to be active immediately! I just finished downloading TF2, now time for vent, hope to see all my old friends around, and me all the newbies!

oh, and a side note, if someone could let me know when there will be admin training next, it's been a year since I have used any admin commands, so I am bound to be a bit rusty...

FlyingWaffle! Welcome back! (Again! XD )

I really do hope you stick around this time! And we do have a class on the 31st.

Welcome back! I hope I get to know you (Talking to you in Vent right now)

and hi.

I love macs, and I love apple, in fact, I despise Microsoft, but honestly, if you plan on gaming, don't get a mac. You will be VERY highly disappointed...

Welcome back waffle. Long time no see.
I'm the supreme ruler of the tf2 division now and I demand tribute.

Welcome back.....

Again.

You'll be happy to know your $20k laptop has become a Divisional joke.

and hi.

I really don't want to start a Mac vs. Windows argument (because someone always comes along and claims that Linux is better), but I have to respond to this:

I love macs, and I love apple, in fact, I despise Microsoft, but honestly, if you plan on gaming, don't get a mac. You will be VERY highly disappointed...

I game exclusively on Macs except for games that don't run on Mac, for which I boot into Windows. Overall, I like the gaming experience on Mac a lot better than on Windows. Little things like TF2 crashing as much in a week on Windows as it has in 2 years on Mac and mouse 4 as a vent key breaking Minecraft on Windows but not on Mac really add up. Not to mention I never have any issues alt-tabbing out of full screen apps…

But, FlyingWaffle is mostly right. If you get a new, high end Mac, you'll be albe to play most games that are new now fairly well. But give it a few years and you won't be able to play anything new and you won't be able to upgrade your graphics card. That being said, I still game on Mac, but I use a trick :P

Oh, and I almost forgot. Welcome back!

About the whole 20k$ laptop thing, I'm pretty sure I typoed or something, because the sum of everything I own isn't that much XD
