Whenever I open Team Fortress 2, the valve and source stuff pops up in a window, and they play, then it attempts to go fullscreen and crashes, with no error message or anything. I can't even open DotA 2, again, no error messages.
However, when I launch World of Tank, it doesn't open, but it says "Application has failed to start because Direct X hardware acceleration is disable or is not available".
I went googled it, nothing besides on the World of Tanks forums, which all said to download the most recent Direct X drivers, which I have, multiple times.

(I hope) This is the report from DxDiag, and it says that DriectDraw Acceleration, Direct3D Acceleration, and APG Texture Acceleration are all unavailable. It also has some other information that could help.
If anyone knows how to fix this, I would really appreciate it, especially because there is a TF2 event tonight at 8 that I really don't want to miss! XD
