Not one of your recruits posted on the forums, so, No.

Lol? Dude, no offence, but:

1) There are no requirements that state that the recruits need to post on the forums.
2) He can't help it if members don't post on the forums. He can't force them to! lol!

Then how did they apply to join eGO?

Keep up the recruiting guys, let's increase the rate, and beat CS for this month aswell!

Last sprint for the month of May!
Keep it up!
Invite your recruits on ventrilo ! :)

I realize that this post is a little old, but I would like to point out that there was about a 6 month gap between my application and the first time I ever posted on the forums. I still played on the servers every day, and was active in the community in that respect. It wasn't until I got promoted the first time that I posted at all, so you can give some of the recruits a little bit of slack.

In short, it doesn't matter all that much if they post right away, just that they are active in some way.

I completely agree with what you stated. In the long run, as long as they are going at a pace that makes them feel comfortable then I don't see why there should be such a fuss. I'm not saying we shouldn't encourage them to join Ventrilo every so often or post on the forums, or even play on the servers, but if you pressure a recruit to do anything that they don't want to then they may very well leave eGO and not want to return. (I've seen this done multiple times, so that's how I know.)

Lets face it, its much better to have recruits who are active on the forums and ventrilo.

So you're saying you don't want somebody in eGO that's not going to be active in Ventrilo or on the forums simply because they choose not too? Not quite fair, my friend.

Hey Walrus, thanks for recruiting for us!
Could you just edit your post so that I can have a link of their applications.
It's just so that, everyone has the same format somehow.

Keep it up!

Actually, my friend, I didn't say that.

Now can we all recruit happily instead of fussing for apples?

New big update on the main page: a key for the best two recruiters for the month of June and on!

I doubt all you're 400+ recruits post on the forums. Sure, you recruited some members who were eventually promoted to leadership positions, but that's up to your recruit, not you. You introduced them to eGO, it's up to them to do the rest.
