Well it wouldn't be too fair if you had your Dream Team now, would it?
I believe it's more fun this way. Keeps it even too. Plus you get to know new people in the community!

A couple things here.
About the team captains thing: You will choose your own team captain. His job will be to roger up with me before the scrim starts to let me know his team is ready. This way I'm not running all around vent asking if everyone is ready.
About choosing teams: Kenny, I've already decided how this tournament will run, and the majority of people agree with me. If you don't like how I'm running it then you don't have to participate in it. I already have more than a few stand-ins to replace you.
About practice: I'm going to make the teams right now. They should be done by the end of the day.
