No more MOTD ads for Dedicated Supporters

[Spray]

Hey guys, we recently made a new ads MOTD page to display in Source games. We moved away from the video ads we were using because of some unacceptable changes the ads company had in mind, such as forcing players to wait before clicking continue. The new page is just a few ads and a banner advertising our Dedicated Supporter program. If you have an active dedicated supporter subscription, you won't see this page pop-up unless you enabled it in the !donator menu.

Thanks for the heads up Spray!
