Confused, help?

I've recently blocked some adserver listings and I keep getting hit with

smile.modchipstore.com

:confused1:

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this?

I use PeerBlock 1.1 by the way.

Norton's scan of the site (that I mysteriously can't connect to which I feel is odd) states "identity theft" as two of it's threats.

I already have Spybot. Running a Rootkit scan and scanning folders that were recently created for applications.

Update: Rootkit scan showed nothing, but running a Deep Scan to be sure. So far the folders I've recently used show nothing as well.

Thinking about running GMER. I've also scanned with Malawarebytes on quick scan, nothing either.

Update: Decided to restore to factory settings (my whole computer seemed like bloatware anyway). Came up some times, but since then been quiet after fully updating. I did, however, get malaware infection due to an application I installed since the old COMODO didn't pick it up. The new and improved Comodo Internet Security detected it on the spot once I began reinstalling stuff back onto the computer.

Fixed.
