New to BC2

Hi everyone. I just bought Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and was wondering who can I talk to or where can I go to get my admin set up.

Hey bud you can go to the admin training forums located here: http://www.edge-gamers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=938 to request training. Just post a thread following the sticky information and a trainer will get back to you shortly. I don't think you need to be in a specific group to see that link, but let me know if you have a problem with it. Good luck!

On non-hardcore boxes try playing medic for a while. You can be very useful to your squad/team even if you aren't putting up kills yourself and will learn the maps as you run with your unit. When you have your bearings go assault or engineer. I'd leave recon for last. They're fun in a personal-gratification sort of way but rarely have a positive impact on a teams ability to win. (Donning flame shield now.)

Specific to our boxes, get in Vent, join a squad with other "e"s, connect with an active squad leader and ask for orders on the Battlefield. With the right buddies, leveling will be fast and fun.
