ba_jail_oswald Map Update

3vlNomad has sent me the latest version of his map. Old one has been replaced on the server with this one, here is whats new!


List of Changes:
- Cells now open at 5:11 (Unless mp_roundtime has changed recently)
- Replaced 2/5th of M4s with AKs in Armory
- Added nades and 3 AWPs in Armory
- Lockdown set to happen before Kigen
- Some cells now have a view outside (random chance for one or none of the windows to be breakable)
- Race now keeps losers at the end and pushes them out when released
- Pool now has catwalks, diving boards and lap platforms
- Soccer now has catwalks
- More catwalks in courtyard
- Added fun sprite trails for winners of games
- Climb difficulty button fixed
- Climb now has hot lava!
- Maze bigger longer and uncut!
- Bhop/Climb/Race/Maze winner(s) now get released after 30s if no one opens the door
- S4S Arena can now be converted into a Knife Arena
- Disco fixed problem with multiple songs being played simultaneously
- Disco can now be locked/unlocked
- Maze has a more clear starting area (ct's stay out unless you wanna die)
- Revamped several of the known secrets so people have to figure out new ones
