If someone would be so kind to make me a logo with the initials CTL not CTRL in a circle with the colours white, dark blue, light blue and maybe some black and I want it clear if possible no smoke affects or other lighting affects just maybe a little shine somewhere.

(P.S. This will mean a lot to me if someone will do it because I don't have no photo editing software)
