What. 12 gigs of RAM. What?.. What? Are you planning on playing TF2 Crysis and using photoshop at the same time? Oh and encoding video too obviously.

It has about 3x the power of my last rig. Yay!
Dell XPS 8500
Core i7 Processor
NVIDIA GTX640 with 1 gig video RAM
12 gigs RAM
1 tera drive
Most I could remember. Comes in tomorrow!
I have 16GB of RAM just for the heck of it.
Nice specs, at least from what's there. Have fun with that!
I am sure most of the people there can get you some smokin' deals on prices.3DMARK11 scores with the GTX640 is very low in just about every category. Im sorry to say this but your graphics card is VERY mediocre at best. You will want to upgrade that ASAP if you plan on playing more then TF2 with decent textures.
Although, It is a nice mid-level rig. Hope you have fun with it!
EDIT:
I might be wrong on my statement on the card. From what I can tell is its just a mid range card. Its still a decent card, dont get me wrong. If you ever plan on upgrading just hit up the people in the tech forumI am sure most of the people there can get you some smokin' deals on prices.
Ha, fron the YouTube videoa I've seen, this EXACT rig is running BF3 Ultra settings at 60 fps. I don't really think I need to upgrade.

Their rig is in the description, same as mine.
He isnt running full 1920x1080. So not technically "Ultra" but its good enough.
His core clocks are higher then stock clocks from all the specs I can find. So he did overclock the GPU.
Most of the strain is on the CPU itself. Thats whats backing up most of the power. Its a good rig. But the graphics card is very lacking. Plus, MSI Afterburner is probably what he used to manually overclock the GPU. And we have no clue if he overclocked the CPU either. You cant tell from videos on youtube. Ive found that out the hard way and I am sure other tech savvy people would say the same.
If you do happen to be able to run it at full 1920x1080 ultra settings on stock clocks then I would like to know. But I would still suggest upgrading the card, regardless.
