This is a message to you guys who want to recruit, or who recruit.
Hello fellow teuforters.
As you may know, you guys are all in a great bunch of nice people and we all like to have fun together in great harmony.
Let me talk to you about something that I felt very important for you guys to have in mind..
There's tons of Team Fortress 2 players out there, some are nasty, some are trolls, some are nice, and some are awesome!
There's also tons of Team Fortress 2 players out there, who are cool and friendly, and who would really like to be in a community, in a group, in a friendly environment, to be able to play with friends, or in a cool server.
(As you all know, eGO servers are the best servers around, and we should continue keeping them punk free.)
Now let's come to the point I want to make.
You, who will read this, and all of you , should feel embrassed by this will of also showing the good path to all these nice and friendly players, who could easily fit in our awesome community, and help them make their application on the forums! Because out there, there is still tons of lonely players who feel the need to be active somewhere, and you must feel the need to help them join us.
EdgeGamers always needs you as you're the first barrier against "bad guys" but you're also the first door to our fantastic community.
To conclude, even if you guys are good at it or not, we edge-gamers need all of you to continue bringing in new members, and hear me well, choose them carefully, because it's cool to have alot of recruits, but it's even better if all of 'em are with us on ventrilo, and feed the forums with awesome posts, and help us enjoying our gaming experience.
So, all of you, keep it up guys, and let's add our 2cents in eGO, by helping in recruiting new awesome peeps!

By the way, I'm also hosting a recruitment contest each month for all of you who are helping by recruiting! So get out there and think about it!
