Need a good computer build.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a build for a new computer . You have to pardon me in not knowing alot of computer lingo, but I do know what I want in some aspects.

Something I can run everything from skyrim to minecraft.
I also have tried streaming in the past, and my laptop didnt appreicate it too much and it took a little poo, so i'd like to be able to do that solidly.

Also.
16gb ram is the minimum i'd like.

I bought this case already, so that's already done.
My budget is 700-1k, just for the 'guts' as Witch would say.

Since I'm not that computer savvy, dont use big computer words for asking questions haha, dumb it down please.

Out of curiosity why do need that much ram?

Also I gave 650 watt supply but really you dont need 650 since GPU only 450 watt. The reason I gave you 650 it was on sale and reliable and if wanted to upgrade to better GPU in the future. This Power supply will be more than enough. If want to save money buy cheaper powersupply with less wattage 450 watt is minimum though. But, make sure your power supply is reliable you DO NOT want to bad power supply. As it can ruin the rest of other parts

I wanna play a game that involves me having to host a server for me and a good friend. ; Well I dont have to host a server, but we can do our own thing that way. ; Also I heard you only need 8, but I want to be able too to run everything without an issue. my 4gb now isn't doing it for me lol
