Elephant-sized doses of steroids and bedrest for a week. Oy vey.

Man, I got mono once when I was 15. I had to stay at home, and do nothing for ten days. All I was given to eat was chicken noodle soup and peppermint tea. To this day, the smell of both make me shudder. My best friend brought me a box of oreos and a 6 pack of Dr. Pepper... best damn cookies and soda I ever had.
