Steam Update Issue?

Sometimes when I am in CS:S it doesn't let me alt+tab. Other times it does. I've had it happen with an update, have an update fix it, and have no updates break and fix it is well. I have no idea why it chooses to work some times and not others. Is anyone else having this problem? Know any fixes? Is my steam/CS:S just broken? lol

Windowed + no border usually fixes alt+tab issues

Valve breaks everything, I have not had a problem were I could alt-tab but have had it where you cant shift-tab after you alt-tab. Your css alone is broken. Valve will fix it one of these days. (Maybe the update today)

If there is an update today I hope it fixes my overlay. I have only been able to use it a couple times since my steam last updated.

Sometimes I can't see sprays, it's quite bothersome...

Yeah, I don't have a problem seeing the sprays, but sometimes my sprays just don't work. I have made sprays in the past, know the dimensions it needs to be and all that, but sometimes they just dont work for me.

Same. I made a totally awesome Fernando spray and it comes up null. My heart was die
