=(eGO)= "Have a nice Day!!
=(eGO)= has a reputation that precedes it. That's not a bad thing.
I always preferred the =(eGO)= servers so I didn't have to deal with the 12 year old, team killing trolls, who ran around screaming in their mics at full blast every known profanity just because they could and then proceed to tell what you could do to both yourself and your mother when you tried to warn them. It also allowed me to avoid the trolls who would grief the entire server until it died and emptied by dashing in front of the entire team in order to block the sole exit enraging every team player to TK them until they were auto-banned.
As an admin, I rarely had any issues with anyone as I was fair and kept a level head. I always focused on the most problematic player first and gave him his/her his W/K status and then I would tell the entire group a ban was coming if the kicked player returned after the kick and continued. The most effective was to wait until they returned after the kick and were in the middle of some outraged public mic or on screen chat rant at me for kicking them. I would tell them that the kick was their final warning and if they chose to continue and did not return to the game without any further verbal outbursts then I would simply ban them for the week. The most blatant rule breakers almost always responded immediately " now you listen to me you @#%$%#tard. " to which the players would suddenly hear them cut off right in the middle of the abusive rant mid sentence followed by an onscreen indicator of "player BlahBlah "I really must be an idiot for cussing out an admin after being warned twice" was banned"
After they got banned for refusing to follow the servers rules, ignoring an admins attempts to get them in line with the W/K/B rule, everyone could see I was both fair, gave the offenders a chance to correct their actions , and very clearly that I simply didn't put up with that on =(eGO)= servers and boom! I rarely had anyone else give any problems and I resolved the biggest issue on the server in the process. Easy. Back to the gaming....
