Here's a hint... It's basically and very EXACT flash version of DOS. Try the usual commands you do in DOS see what you get.

if u log in, instead of accessing the apply.exe you can type a code to make it skip to the ending. i wont say what the code is yet, but someone has posted the exact same phrase, in reference to cake, in another thread in this forum

Hehe, this website is from April of 2006. It was an advertising tool of sorts for Portal I guess.

BTW, type in for the username "cjohnson" and then "tier3" for the password. It should say ADMIN > somewhere so after that, type in "notes" and it gives you a timeline that is quite an interesting read. It seems Aperture Science Center made low grade double-sided shower curtain portals in the 50s.
